COVID 19 Intervention: Lawishi Community, Gombe State
Emmanuel Sunusi visited lawishi community in Shongom LGA of Gombe state and carried out a sensitization campaign on the 7th June, 2020, enlightening the community on safe practice and community participation in development processes. The community members in there testimonies where marveled by the simple facts shared to them and felt the need to use such useful information. Though Emmanuel was concern about the low turnout older persons, he was happy young people turn out and use that as a medium to encouraged them on how to positively participate in things that affects them especially governance.
Emmanuel made donations of support items like soaps, facemasks and posters.
The outreach reached 70 persons, 65 facemask was shared to participants and each participants received 2 hand washing soaps.
